Bio

Since 2007, Dan N. Fiorito III has worked exclusively as a trial lawyer in the areas of plaintiff’s personal injury, criminal and DUI defense, civil rights, and general litigation. He uses his years of experience in the trenches to advocate on behalf of the injured, to defend the rights of those accused of crimes, and to litigate both simple and complex legal issues involving commercial and individual disputes. As a former prosecutor, Dan understands the criminal justice system. This experience, coupled with years of criminal defense work, have given him the skills necessary to maximize the outcomes for his clients facing criminal charges. Before opening his own firm in Seattle's Ballard neighborhood, Dan also worked for a civil litigation firm in Seattle defending physicians and hospitals involved in negligence lawsuits. His unique background in both civil and criminal trial work is put to work on a daily basis to improve the lives of his clients in the pursuit of justice. Dan has built a successful trial practice on the simple goal of achieving justice one client at a time. Mr. Fiorito received his B.A. Cum Laude from Seattle University and his J.D. Magna Cum Laude from Seattle University School of Law. He is a member of the King County Bar Association (Judicial Candidate Review Committee), the Washington State Bar Association, and the Washington Association of Criminal Defense. He is also an Eagle Member of the Washington State Association For Justice.
