Mr. Felsen has been trying criminal cases for over 35 years. He handles matters in State and Federal Courts all over the State of Maryland and in the District of Columbia.

Mr. Felsen has been a member of the adjunct faculty at American University's Washington College of Law and serves the legal community on the Bar Association of Montgomery County's Executive Committee and the Bar Foundation's Bar Leader. He has received recognition for his representation in some of the most difficult and high-profile cases in the area. He has received many accolades including The Daily Record’s 2022 Criminal Law Power List.
