Tanya has handled hundreds of matters in the state of Rhode Island and Massachusetts. She is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association and the Massachusetts Bar Association.

Tanya is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Lowell, where she earned two bachelors of science degrees in criminal justice and sociology. Tanya then went on to Suffolk University Law School, and earned her juris doctorate, concentrating in trial and appellate advocacy. As a law student, Tanya was the vice president of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, a public service liaison for the Student Bar Association, and graduated with pro bono honors.
