With over 30 years of professional experience as a litigator, Mitnick has undoubtedly proven himself as an accomplished professional and expert in the legal field. As a dynamic and driven leader, Craig has demonstrated success not only as a litigating attorney, but as an entrepreneur, national broadcaster and innovative businessman. His impressive repertoire of roles include time as a CBS radio show host, on-air legal analyst for Fox News Channel, Fox television network and Fox syndicated radio stations group.

Mitnick Law Office is a boutique firm that provides legal representation to clients who are considering instituting new litigation, or those involved in active litigation and are in need of representation. The firm specializes in securing successful outcomes for each and every client through strategic, aggressive representation. Areas of primary practice include criminal defense, complex civil litigation, class actions and cases involving civil right violations.
Craig has been involved in numerous high-stake cases becoming a household name and he has been very exciting to watch. Many of his cases have been covered by the media on a National Level. As the founding and Managing Member of Mitnick Law Office, Craig has recently focused on the actions of over 1100 retired NFL players who are pursuing claims against the NFL for concussion related injuries. In addition to his continued focus on securing settlements for these injured athletes, Craig is focused on civil right violations, criminal defense, mass tort actions and holding those persons financially accountable who have wrongfully harmed another through negligent or reckless actions.

Mr. Mitnick earned his BBA in Finance and Marketing from Emory University in Atlanta and his Juris Doctorate from the George Washington University School of law in Washington, DC.

Throughout his illustrious career, Mr. Mitnick has been active in his community and recognized worldwide for his outstanding leadership and commitment to the legal profession. He has received many awards, accolades’ and has been featured in numerous publications and magazines. He continues to be named one of the Top 100 Litigators by the National Trial Lawyers, he is a honored Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, and was chosen to sit on the Executive Committee of the National Trial Lawyers, Criminal Division. Craig was chosen to be included in the listing of the Top 100 American Attorneys, the Million Dollar Advocates forum, the American Society of Legal Advocates, and was named as one of the Top 100 High Stake Litigators in the Country. Mr. Mitnick is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, Lawyers of Distinction, the National Trial Lawyers Top 100, the American Bar Association, the New Jersey Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
