Frank LoTempio, III, prides himself on providing each client with personal and professional service. Mr. LoTempio graduated cum laude from the University of Rochester with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science where he also received two Management Certificates of Business from the esteemed Simon School of Business. Mr. LoTempio earned his Juris Doctor from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law. While in law school, Mr. LoTempio clerked for the United Steelworkers of America Office of General Counsel in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He is admitted to practice in New York State, the State of Florida and the United States District Court Western District of New York.

Mr. LoTempio concentrates his practice in the areas of general civil litigation, personal injury, corporate law and criminal defense. He has litigated and negotiated countless civil actions including serious personal injury actions, breach of contract cases, libel, slander and employment law. Mr. LoTempio's practice also includes representing a number of local and international businesses in a variety of industries. He advises them on all aspects of their business enterprises, including employment issues, contract negotiations, corporate organization and other daily legal issues that arise. Most notably, Mr. LoTempio is considered one of the premier criminal defense attorneys in the area and has received Lead Counsel Verification in Criminal Law for State Felony and Misdemeanor. He has successfully negotiated favorable outcomes for his clients and has tried criminal cases including vehicular homicide, DWI, DWAI, murder, rape and larceny.
