Bio

After earning a Bachelor of Arts and graduating cum laude and with distinction from the University of Colorado Denver, Mr. Ahern went on to receive a Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2010.

Having served as a prosecutor for the 4th Judicial District in El Paso County, Mr. Ahern was able to hone his litigation skills. He brought numerous felony and misdemeanor cases to trial, having success when dealing with matters such as first-degree arson, first-degree murder, vehicular homicide, marijuana possession, DUI and domestic violence.

Today, Mr. Ahern brings that invaluable trial experience to his practice, where he fights to protect the rights of those facing criminal charges, as well as those who have been injured due to someone's negligence. In each case, Mr. Ahern works closely with his clients to make sure that they understand their situation and to develop a strategy to achieve a positive outcome.
