Only a small percentage of lawyers receive the honor of Certified Specialist by the Bar. In 1991, Robert founded the Hartmann Law Firm, where he remains owner and principal. A former 14-year board member for Boys Town California, and now the co-founder of Uncork for Hope, nonprofits dedicated to serving at-risk youth, he works tirelessly to help those in need.
